Fairly clean hotel in a nice building not far from Lincoln City and the beach and shops and casino. Fantastic and cheap rooms, decent views of a ocean or river. Cereal, milk and breads in the bar for breakfast.

clean, nice staff, good location, fair price: all around recommendable. worth mentioning: the usual background noise of a hotel (door flaps, voices in the corridor... was completely missing. i'd love to stay again!
i'm fine!

good and spacious room. clean. good wifi. breakfast typical (no eggs) but so far ok.
Very sensitive. Unfortunately, one gets to hear from other couples what should perhaps be private.

The room was good sized and functional. The bathroom was large. Attentive staff, especially when it comes to customer service, which was a definite plus. The location was very central, just next door to restaurants and close to Downtown. Nearby Dutch Bros had some goodies and drinks that were a pleasant surprise.

Great location with many restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially for a 3-star hotel. The breakfast was delicious and had hot coffee, milk, bread, and cereal to choose from. ☕

I like that it was centrally located in Lincoln City- quick access to shopping, beach, dining, which was nice. The hotel was also a pretty good value. The continental breakfast was not extensive, but what was there was good quality.
The only thing that really bothered me was that there was some garbage (a small amount, but still easy to see) left on the floor. Maybe I'm picky but... I'd like a clean room.

The motel is very close to the beaches. You can easily go down there in the evening to settle on the beach and admire the sunset.
Not too many restaurant choices. Everything closes early. But we're past the tourist season.
